Untitled

Today I went bicycling in San Francisco with Italy and Israel! I've been in Golden Gate Park and also crossed the Golden Gate Bridge one more time. BUT more importantly I've been to Almono square which is where "Under samme tak" or "Full house" takes place. For the ones who don't know this program it's not easy to understand the excitement but in Norway it was on TV every day after school when I grew up, and everyday I watched it:)

I have posted some more photos as well. Alva: There is one and a film just for you there!

On the road again

Just could not wait to get on the road again!

Well, actually I did not move very far today, just in to San Francisco and a hostel called Adelaide Hostel. The reason why I haven't updated in a while is because I have been at my aunts house for over a week. And it's not like anything didn't happen because I did something almost every day I just didn't make the effort to put it on the blog : ) Anyways! From now on I back in bizznizz.

First, highlights from the last week (some pictures posted)!
- I cut my hair! Not my self as my mum first assumed, but I went to a proper hair dresser! I look so nice now!
- I went down to Santa Cruz with parts of my family and wee saw one of the big redwood forests a well. They are huge and really cool.
- I went to a amusement park called six flags, Discovery kingdom. Best word for this day is roller coasters!!!! AND also I did something I have never done before, it was like a BIG swing where you get pulled up and back and it was hysterically fun!! Of course my camera did not have any batteries and so I cant really show you, but its maybe for the best since I screamed SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT really loud:)
- I almost saw I horse die the other day when I was visiting a horse ranch. It was really, really old and had a coronary. I went before the whole thing was over...
- I have done a great deal walking in Berkeley, and seen the famous Telegraph street, where there was a lot of student insurgence in the olden days.
- Been to Golden Gate Bridge, but I guess you found that out all by your self:)

So now I'm in San Francisco and my plan is to travel down the coast tomorrow or something like that. I have a American phone 1415 323 8265, for anybody that wish to contact me.

to be continued within the week :)

Hello out there!

Hmm... What have I been up to the last couple of days... Yesterday I took my aunts bike and went down to the sea, to a place called Berkeley Marina. That is a big pier with a park and everything. Me and Bob Marley (on my headphones) cruised around there for a couple of hours:) Later that day me and my aunt went for a test drive in the car so I could get accustomed to the way of driving over here. Tomorrow I going by my self in the car on a exploring trip to a beach and stuff like that. Do you know what dad? I'm going by San Quentin prison that Johnny Cash had he's famous concert in tomorrow as well! Lucky me :)

Today I went to the famous Telegraph street known for the student rebellion. And also had a walk around at the university. It looks like a good place to study, not excluded when I have to start thinking about that stuff again. Anybody how wants to join in? hehe:)

I'm having a good time in California now, the only thing worrying me is that my aunts family are beginning to get sick. Not that I want to give details but it's coming out in both ends, and what is narrows down to is that I don't want to catch it! So... "Should I stay or should go!??" That is the question now!

For this time, take care everybody!

Obama! Obama! Obama!

If you are interesting in seeing how the victory of Barack Obama was celebrated her tonight you will get a good idea on my Photobucket (http://s436.photobucket.com/albums/qq81/Travelgro/?special_track=nav_tab_my_albums)! It was insane! I am so glad that I got to experience this moment which I will remember forever.

After it was official and Obama had held his speech we decided to take a ride in the car. Everybody was exulting, honking and hugging. We ended up in a street full of people and our car got stuck so we got out an celebrated too!! Congratulation America, maybe you are on the right track back to reason... Maybe...

My uncle is glad that we finally get to see some new commercials on TV, not just this campaign crap.. Hehe:)

First time in San Fransisco

San Francisco is just like I thought it would be, and I loved it. It's full of hills and the narrow houses like on "Under samme tak" or "Full house" if that makes more sense to you. I went to the famous Fishermans Wharf and saw sea lions, did some important shopping of course and took the cable car thing... I'll be back soon!
